Nutrition
Nutrition is a key element of our school. We are committed to providing quality food for your child's body, as this provides a key foundation for a healthy physical, mental and emotional growth. Fees include breakfast, morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack.

Butternut, gem squash, carrots, peas, sweet corn, pumpkin, baby marrow, beetroot, etc… (One or two of these veggies will accompany the meal served on the day) |
Added Vitamins | B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid and phosphorous |
Snack | Bananas, apples, oranges, pears & pawpaw (Served plain or baked in honey & cinnamon) |
Activities
We have optional extra mural activities for the children which run during school hours. Currently, we have:

- Wiggle & Jam (music & movement)
- Dance classes
- Little kickers (www.littlekickers.co.za)
These wonderful activities are a source of great fun and stimulation.
